"I worked with Steven and Kim on setting up a renters insurance policy recently, and was thrilled with how quickly and professionally they got my new policy set up. I initially met their Marketing Director (Dave), and he promised to save me money, and their team more than delivered. They cut my premium by more than 50% annually and provided me with more coverage than I originally had. They sent all the paperwork to my leasing office the same day so I wouldn’t have any lapse in coverage. I’ll be referring my neighbors in my apartment community to Steven, Kim, and Keith."

"I've been a client of Keith Florczyk's office for many years. We've worked together on several houses, several vehicles, boats, jewelry and many other adventures. I know that I can send an email to Steven at Keith's office and I'll get an immediate response that is complete and helpful. He and Keith and the other members of the staff have gone out of their way on numerous occasions to answer questions, to take quick action and to make my life easier. I truly feel that I am in good hands with them and it alleviates a lot of worry. When my daughter was in an accident last year they were the first want to know if she was ok before we dealt with the business at hand. I am not a number to them. Our concerns are their concerns.
